Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Aussie Lawn Maintenance website and the services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Our Services 

Aussie Lawn Maintenance provides lawn and garden maintenance services, including but not limited to: 
  • Lawn mowing and trimming 
  • Lawn edging 
  • Hedge trimming 
  • Tree trimming 
  • Weed removal 
  • Garden clean-ups 
  • Green waste and rubbish removal 
All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on the property’s condition and location. 

Free Onsite Quotes 

We offer free onsite quotes within our service area.  Quotes are provided based on the information available at the time of inspection. If additional work is required due to circumstances that were not reasonably visible during the quote, we will discuss any revised pricing with you before proceeding. 

Bookings 

Bookings are confirmed once agreed between both parties.  We will make every reasonable effort to attend at the scheduled time. However, appointment times may occasionally change due to weather, traffic, emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances.  If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to arrange an alternative time. 

Customer Responsibilities 

Customers are responsible for ensuring: 
  • Safe and reasonable access to the property. 
  • Pets are secured where necessary. 
  • Any hazards or known risks are disclosed before work begins. 
  • Valuable or fragile outdoor items are moved or identified where appropriate. 
Delays caused by restricted access or unsafe conditions may require the appointment to be rescheduled. 

Weather 

Some services cannot be safely completed during heavy rain, storms or other unsuitable weather conditions.  Where weather affects scheduled work, we will arrange another suitable appointment as soon as practical. 

Pricing and Payment 

Unless otherwise agreed: 
  • Pricing is provided in Australian dollars. 
  • Payment is due within the agreed payment terms. 
  • Additional services requested after work has commenced may incur additional charges. 
We reserve the right to suspend future services where outstanding invoices remain unpaid. 

Cancellations and Rescheduling 

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you provide as much notice as possible.  We also reserve the right to reschedule appointments where circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent us from attending. 

Green Waste Removal 

Where green waste removal forms part of the agreed service, we will remove the waste generated during our work.  Removal of pre-existing waste or additional rubbish not included in the original quote may attract additional charges. 

Property Care 

We take reasonable care while working on your property and aim to leave all work areas clean and tidy upon completion.  Customers should notify us promptly if they have any concerns regarding completed work so we can investigate and work towards an appropriate resolution. 

Limitation of Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aussie Lawn Maintenance is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services.  Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. 

Intellectual Property 

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, remains the property of Aussie Lawn Maintenance unless otherwise stated.  Content may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission. 

Website Use 

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.  You must not attempt to interfere with the website’s operation, compromise its security or misuse any information made available through it. 

Changes to These Terms 

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.  Any updates will be published on this page and take effect from the date of publication. 

Governing Law 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.  Any disputes relating to these Terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
